As a collaborative piano student, you’ll develop the ability to be a true musical partner with other musicians. Studies in sight reading, improvisation, accompanying seminar, transposition and keyboard reduction will develop your knowledge and skills. You’ll study language diction for vocal coaching and chamber music for instrumental collaboration.
As part of the keyboard department, you’ll also get extra exposure to great performers with master classes conducted by international soloists.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is an All-Steinway School with more than 160 Steinways, including a small number available for students to use at home through our piano loan program.
